Front Clam Louvers/Vents

have a set of front clam louvers for sale are fiberglass items a nice adition to the vx220
come in white gel coat.

picture on a car of what they look like, these are not cut out but can be cut out by yourself if needed.

How are these fitted / attached then? What purpose (apart from looks) do they serve?

you have to cut a hole in clam and fit and spray. What purpose (apart from looks) do they serve looks mainly.

How are these fitted / attached then?

What purpose (apart from looks) do they serve?


Cut the clam, bond them in. Dead easy!
They serve two purposes:
1)they act as turbulators reducing front end lift
2)they can be used to vent the high pressure at the back of the front wheel arch if you cut the liner.

Well the louvres are in, prepped, vinyl'd and finished. This is what it looked like before the vinyl went on and after the old vinyl pulled a lot of the shltty Vauxhall paint off!!

That looks really good Mark thumbsup to the workmanship. The whole car looks :wub: in terms of looks and function.
