I'll have to re-think about doing my calipers in red. Thought it may look a bit silly, but perhaps not

Glad to see someone else with the black roof on a red car, makes them look meaner in my eyes 
have to say im loving it in matt black too mine is gloss but think I preffer the matt look

Great photos there! Nice lighting, photography, and nice car!
The 5th photo (the one that's close up & sideways) looks just like the photo on the front of the original VX brochure 2003 models.

As the photos above suggest, I think that a red car is the only colour that suits the red calipers.I'll have to re-think about doing my calipers in red. Thought it may look a bit silly, but perhaps not

I have to agree.
Especially the opel ones, with the HUGE bar in the front grill, and the 14cm OEM ride hight, is just not there.
Me and the previous owner have spend time getting the red/matte black theme optimally.
Lights, lid rasters,front grill, side vents, window surround, fuel lid, wheels; all matte black, which creates a beautifull contrast against the calipso (well for me it does)
Working on the tubby ears as we speak, and those rasters are also going into matt black.
