i would also glady offer. i'm in Brussels until 20:00 on the thursday, then i have to get eurostar back to london(2h30), get home which is another couple of hours. The boat leaves portsmouth on friday morning at 7:00 which means a 5am start. That was a fucking stupid idea wasn't it.

I can start the process this Friday and have the clam off and manifold etc sorted fairly easily. Just need the help with the box and fly TBH.

Thanks Nick, I have two days off next week pre Le Mans and have the window of work there. Need to keep the car mobile till then so not a lot I can get done before that. Come Tuesday night it will be rear clam off and panic stations.

its the dario (sp?) car its mint, hasnt had a clean in 9 months though plus i made it easier for him as i cut big pieces out so less to polish

Update... Clam off tonight, it isn't the manifold but the down pipe. This leaves me carless for now... bugger. Just trying to work out getting to work. Oh well at least the clam is off now and work on Wednesday and Thursday next week can begin in earnest. I may even get a little time to get a head start. Dave, thanks for the offer but I am not around Tuesday afternoon, I have Wednesday and Thursday at home then off to the ferry Friday. Exhaust is a must as is gear cables and brake fluid but I am determined to swap the box and flywheel and get the brakes done.
