Fantastic weekend, enjoyed both tracks but love the Bugatti. As always, great people and one of the prime reasons I still love having this car. Thank you all for being such helpful, fun and decent people to hang out with. Special thanks to Dean, Dave, Matt and Cliffie for there help and to Jimmy for letting me loose in the green beastie, fealt great and special to be out on in a fully set up track car. Am amazed some of the times you got in, I was tired and even my 25 minute drive home I had to concentrate, so how you all did it I have no idea. Top job. Martin s

No wonder you were tired after removing the roof putting it back on, taking it off then putting it back on again before you even got off the ferry. Then when you got off the ferry you took it off again. That made me tired just watching

George, I couldnt make my mind up about the roof as someone said it was raining, funniest thing though was leaving Newhaven and thinking god my eyes are tired, it all looks so dark, then realising I still had the light deflectors on! Took them off and had a great roof off drive home. Still enjoying driving the beastie to the very last. Martin s

Echo what everyone has said about the trip, excellent company and great venue. Looks like this will be another regular great VX.org event. Thought I would post up my little fopar just before the Dunlop bridge which someone else has already mentioned. I carried far too much speed round the right hander at the end of the pit straight for my poor Mintex/Kuhmo combination to cope with. As a consequence I went in far too deep and missed the turn in point at the beginning of the chicane. That made it a bit ragged through the rest of the chicane which made me wash out on the exit. I wasn't over worried as there seemed to be some room there. However due to the overnight rain the astro turf was very slippy and with one wheel on it and one wheel on tarmac coupled with a bit of right foot......... Sorry but the sound seems to be later than the visual if you know what i mean.

I have someone's Halfords tyre pressure gauge, I assumed it was mine as it was identical, wasn't till later I noticed I had two! doh!
If it's yours let me know.

Also someone may have my set of Flared nut spanners (although they might just well be hidden somewhere)
Anyone, anyone?
