My daughters, 10 and 12 years, were delighted by the original emoticons on the site. But since the additions, I have felt the need to be more circumspect about when I view the forum. Is it offensive? I mean I thought it was hilarious but if its an emoticon too far then I'll remove it with apologies
I personally think it's amusing, but perhaps a bit OTT for what should be a fairly innocuous site that minors may be expected to see.
You are all welcome to shoot me down in flames for being an old fuddy-duddy
but when your kids are old enough to understand, but too young to be exposed to such things, you may view it a little differently too.

I agree. I hate to be critical when people spend their time, effort and hard earned money setting things up for others to enjoy but :blowme: is just a tiny bit crass.I personally think it's amusing, but perhaps a bit OTT for what should be a fairly innocuous site that minors may be expected to see.
