Steffan just sent you a message as it seems this still has not been sorted with the uk buyers!!! I can honestly say you really amaze me with the lack of intrest and ball to get this sorted out ive offered to get you out of the sh*t and you dont even have the decency to reply to messages asking whats going on!! A sugestion steffan pull your finger out and stick it up the arse of the producer to get this sorted out its not good enough making excuses for him either a refund to all or sort a prodyct out!!

also sent steffen one this morning telling him to fund me the Robin splitter so atleast I can get something that will turn up, have my doubts that he will even pay Robin though there is still a substantial profit in it for doing f...all and pissing every one off, what a joke.

About the "Splitter" of Robin there are some problems which I can't solve, because like written severall times, I don't have the money, the money is in the hand of the producer so he take the decisions. He don't like the idea to get the splitter from robin (don't know why), he don't like the splitter from robin because it is open at the bottom. I will have a meeting with him next wednesday because he found a second person (the first one is the problem of this mega delay) to make the laminate work. He will have severall pieces ready to pick up for me, because there are missing still Splitter also in Italy for exampel. There I will know how work is going on and how many time he still needs to send also the splitter here in UK.

If you could give us some fact numbers... like how many in total were "already" made and delivered, and how many of them for the UK group buy, I think it could help everybody to have a clear view of the situation. Many thanks,

There is a lesson to be learnt here! I think a set of guidelines to protect everyone's interests should be drawn up and used for all future group buys!. An Escrow type settlement mechanism would have protected everyone's position here! I have to say that as an outsider with no vested interest, except for fairness, Robin really needs to SORT THIS OUT!

If you want, put me out!

I'm here to finish what I begone!
I'm here because the person what promised to me to make 25 Splitter in 2 month not maintain his word.
I'm here because I think it is only correct!

I'm still here, though I know I've lost all credibility!

I've learned also my lesson regarding GB's....... in the future I take the money and in case of problems I can give the money back!

thats great stefffen glad you,ve learnt for next time....so for this time why don,t you post the name and contact details of the person who has all our money so that if after more than 6 months the people who have had enough can approach the correct person to get their money back! And then we will soon see if the supplier has honourable intentions or is what I think, more in it for his gain. Any half decent supplier would not still be giving excuses at this stage without offering a refund.

I know and I understand that you want to have the name of the producer.

So what happens when I give you the name?

Everybody starts to call him, send him mails, and so on, maybe someone wants to go to the lawer....! Right??

Ok, what solve this???
In my personal opinion nothing!
And not only that it solves nothing, this coud also destroy all between him and me, and the little relationship which I solved betwen him and me I need to finish this GB!!!

I promise you that in the moment in which I don't believe anymore that he will send everybody the Splitter which the person has paid for I will give you the name, address, etc....

I hope I will meet him in the middle of the next week...than I will give you more information at which point we are!

So I can't go to meet him because there was a change in my travel. I've spoken with him yesterday by phone. The actually situation is that we have delivered until now 12 Splitter of 24 splitter to produce for this GB. His sceond GFK producer is pretty faster than the the first one and so he has 10 new splitter in his workshop. They have only to be painted and send by post.

Sounds like a solution might be to take a mold of robyns splitter and reproduce that. All you need is someone that makes things out of grp..... Let me know if I can be of any assistance ;)
