Don't forget you!! I've spoken with the producer in the beginning of the week, and he said to me that the first Splitter for the GB will be send this week. I tried to call him yesterday and I tried to call him 5 minutes ago. As soon I will have news I will post them!

Ich bin Stefan Imhof und habe den Splitter entwickelt und Ste angeboten als die erste SB mit dem Dempert-Splitter drohte auseinander zu brechen weil sich die Hersteller/Entwickler/Vertreiber uneinig waren. Ste hatte Bedenken, dass eine offene Erklärung der Situation zu grösseren Problemen führen könnte. Leider sind wir jetzt in einer noch schlimmeren Lage, weil zu wenig Information geflossen ist. Wie Ste schon geschrieben hat, hat sich der Beginn durch Urlaub, Krankheit und andere Probleme verzögert, allerdings haben die 15 Mindestbesteller erst Mitte Januar bezahlt und somit war das der definitive Beginn der SB, da diese dann erst sicher war. Die 4 Splitter pro Woche waren nur geplant wenn mehrere Formen gemacht werden, leider gibt es aber derzeit nur eine Form wie ich weiter unten noch erklären werde.

Zum ersten möchte ich erwähnen, dass Neal am wenigsten mit der Sache zu tun hat und hier zu Unrecht gescholten wird. Er hat sich nur dazu bereit erklärt die Splitter zu berechnen und zu versenden weil er schon eine erfolgreiche SB im Forum durchgezogen hat und somit bekannt ist. Er kann weder den Produzenten dazu bringen schneller zu produzieren noch sonst irgendwie eingreifen. Er hilft so gut er kann die Teile fertig zu machen und zu versenden und er baut im Moment an einer weiteren Form um schneller produzieren zu können. Leider ist das gar nicht so einfach und auch zeitaufwendig. Aber wir sind beide darum bemüht die Produktion zu beschleunigen. Deshalb haben wir jetzt auch einen weiteren Produzenten gefunden und beauftragt zusätzlich Splitter zu produzieren.

Ursprünglich sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass zu Beginn alle drei Tage ein Splitter produziert werden kann. Ich habe allerdings nicht gewusst, dass der Formenbau so lange dauert und dass die Produktion nur einmal pro Woche stattfinden kann und dass es doch 5 bis 6 Tage dauert einen Splitter zu bauen. Die Härtung in der Form dauert länger als gedacht. Dann habe ich angenommen, dass weitere Formen gebaut werden um parallel mehrere Splitter bauen zu können. Der Hersteller hat sich aber dazu entschieden lieber erst einige Splitter zu machen damit wir einige ausliefern können und später eine weitere Form zu bauen was auch gut klingt.

Leider sind wir jetzt an einem Punkt wo die Besteller nicht mehr warten wollen, was auch verständlich ist. Wir können es aber nicht ändern und sind bemüht die Sache zu beschleunigen indem wir mithelfen. Da die Oberfläche nicht optimal ist haben wir auch noch Nacharbeiten und lackieren die Splitter sogar noch mit Acryl-Autolack um eine schöne Oberfläche im sichtbaren Bereich zu erzeugen. Bitte glaubt uns, dass wir an den Splittern nichts verdienen aber trotzdem alles tun um jedem Besteller in absehbarer Zeit einen Splitter zu liefern. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit, Arbeit und Geld (Material) investiert und werden die SB auch so schnell wie möglich abwickeln. Bitte habt etwas Geduld mit uns, dafür bekommt Ihr ein super Teil für einen nie mehr wiederkehrenden guten Preis.

Es sind jetzt 3 Splitter fertig und 3 fast fertig, den ersten hat Ste bekommen und montiert (er hat auch einen Haufen Arbeit mit der SB). Drei gehen diese Woche auf den Weg und 3 gegen Ende der nächsten Woche.

Wenn dann der neue Hersteller produziert und wir unsere zweite Form fertig haben können dann bis zu 3 Splitter pro Woche gebaut werden, aber so weit sind wir noch nicht. Später vielleicht auch die geplanten 4 pro Woche.

Ein kleines Schmankerl haben wir auch noch fürs Warten. Da wir die Splitter derzeit ja noch in Schwarz lackieren kann jeder der eine andere Farbe will für einen kleinen Aufpreis auch eine Wunschfarbe bestellen. Ganz umsonst geht es leider nicht, da wir ja jede andere Farbe extra kaufen müssen, aber man muss dann nicht extra nochmal lackieren lassen was ja dem jeweiligen Besteller nochmal ca. 150 € beim Lackierer einspart. Wer daran Interesse hat soll bitte direkt anfragen.

Da es auch einen Besteller gibt der uns als Betrüger bezeichnet hier auch ein Bild der 3 fertigen Splitter die kurz vor Auslieferung sind.

Noch was in meiner Sache: Für mich ist das wircklich alles auch nicht einfach... Versuche jetzt nebenbei noch splitter zu fertigen und zu lackieren und zu verpacken(in meiner Freizeit)...jetzt grad Feierabend gemacht.. Also bitte habt doch einfach en bisserl Geduld. Das Endprodukt wird umso besser! Ich denke das Warten lohnt sich.

Steffen I'm getting fcuking pissed off with this now. I've sent you two pm's asking a] when I will receive my splitter, which is not unreasonable to ask after a 3 month wait and b] why, when I was one of the first to pay, mine wasnt sent out in the first UK batch. You read my pm's and dont bother replying. The Google translation above means nothing. There comes a point where my patience runs out and this is it. Unless I receive a full refund or the splitter within 7 days I will contact Paypal informing them that I believe this transaction to be fraudulent and I know, from previous experience, they will require me to make a report to the Police and, be in no doubt, I will do this. I have no option, I'm £260 out of pocket and receive no contact from yourself. What would you think if it was you? I suggest others involved in this debacle do the same.
