Paypal will do NOTHING for you for non-Ebay/certified seller transactions and a claim after more than 45 days post the payment.

My business accepts £1000's of payments through Paypal each and every month, they have done similar to this for me before and they will again.

I hope we don't need police, lawer or anythging else for the delay of this splitter! I got the information (from robin) that robin got his splitter today. The next one will be 5oclock at the end of the next week or latest in the beginning of the week after. The splitter will come, I know they come late, but they will come. I don't want to give a date of delivery, because everytime when I done this, the information what I got about the production was wrong. I made a phon call today to the producer, and he told me that the splitter for 5Oclock is produced. Now he will paint it and then it will sended. So please belive me, everybody who paid 1 splitter will get one!

just to confirm what steffan has said i have recived my splitter today all nicely boxed and wrapped. have not placed up against car yet but looks ok. so its down to steffan to keep everyone updated on diliveriy times for each person so that everyone knows what / when they should have theres and hopefully everyone has theres in a fast as possible manner. cheers steffan. a very slow group buy but im sure you and everyone will learn a lot from this.

I understand you!! I'm waiting for my new front brakes, and I want also to know when they arrive!! My problem is that in the begining of this "Group buy" I take the promises frome the producer and I communicate them here, in the forum in Germany and Italy. After them I have had to explain everywhere that the splitter don't will arrive in time. I hate this! I hate to say, you will get it in 10 days and after 10 days it isn't arrived! Isn't normaly my stile, believe me! But here I'm in the hands of the producer, and he is in the hands of the guy what makes the GFK work of the splitter. So I ask still to have some patience. Thank you!

Hi Steffen Well this has been going on since late December and no news for last two weeks. Just to keep this on the top of the first page of "group buys" Has anyone as yet received the splitter in UK... How many have been completed and sent out...(to other forums) I would have thought production problems would have been sorted by now????? and what were they????? How many are being produced a week???? Sorry for questions, but think information is good for moral. Its a fair chunk of money sitting there. Regards Ian Roberts
