Hmmm.... has got me thinking about doing mine now. I wouldn't dare go near any of my cars with a power polisher but on my old silver elise I managed to get rid of the swirl marks by hand and get a load of decent wax on there. Not "right up there" with a professional detailers finish but certainly good enough to get compliments on the finish. The thing is the car has 6 years worth of fine swirl marks, which if you're obsessive like me, is a problem. It's probably going to be too much for me to get rid of by hand but too expensive (or hard to justify) to have the whole works done on it by a detailer (got KDS Keltec in mind) - could do with a halfway job really. Need to get rid of the scratches and I'll be on my own way with the jetseal and collinite I think I probably am a GJOB

Fitted new TDs and gave it a wash today (wanted speedlines but couldnt find any for sale )

Ive got KU39s all round now - 225/45/17 and 205/45/16

Nice S1, although the asymetrical stripe is not my thing looking at that pic'. Why did you get rid? I did my V black a couple of years ago (black VX) but fancy a change back to silver.. Reeeeally need to give mine a clean. Its dirtier than a hookers chuff right now....
