Your set up as close as can be to my setup with very similar results have you got a screen shot of your power and torque figures I could over lay with mine
I've got a nasty one, think I was putting my foot down too firmly and will be recording another one soon, but here goes:

Oh, and for fun - this is the correction that has been applied by the head unit.

Here is mine
And that's exactly why I need to rerun, that's much cleaner than mine. Is that four runs or more?
Are you running a standard manifold? I'm hoping my 4-1 will lift that drop in torque at around 4800 rpm

As soon as I saw 260 bhp I left my ignition settings alone - don't want to get more power out of it until I've confirmed the power run on a rolling road, otherwise i'll have to buy a saab engine!

I'll play around with it once i've got the exhaust system sorted out. This should be on my door step next week to confirm performance, so that'll be the last step in getting the system sorted out.

I found if you concentrate on getting the power curve smooth, the torque sorted them selves out
Cheers, i'll give it a go. I'm due a fuel learn session so i'll add some ignition work to it.

has it made it quieter
Update:
Oh my yes, this must be what driving a Tesla is like. Very happy, although it is much more characterless now. Faint whine under full throttle, otherwise it's just road noise with a bit of engine noise.

Finished painting?
I've stopped for the winter - it's too cold to spray outdoors and frankly I don't have enough daylight to get it done. New plan is to make a few lightweight CF parts and spray them purple before they go on. First up is the roll bar cover with the head rest cut outs removed and then boot lid.

There's a lot going on right now, so much so that I haven't had time to detail it. This is a small tease
