Stage 2 Comp cams now? These will be quite hefty in a 2.0, but with the springs it will rev...

8-bolt flywheel? (use something aroud 5.5-6kg) And balancer delete?

oh yeah, those too. I'm on the group buy list for the flywheel, but i've also got a backup m-tech supply.

As for the cams, as Vocky said - why do something twice when you can do it properly once.

(not the cheapest approach though!)

We just fitted some ZZP Stage1 cams in a 2.0. (They did not want to go to hot to with cams to remain good road worthyness. Stage 2 is said to raise max power by 700-1000rpm))

It needs some adjustments for idle quality etc, but low end driving is not that much different from stock LSJ cams. Top end seems a little better, but with a Harrop bolted on that is diffficult to notice. It does hit the 7.7K rev limiter quite fast though with 2 persons...

For B207 flywheel, searh for a pot-type c20let or c20xe flywheel. Plenty of them around.

I myself have the balancers still in, but only rev to 7200 due to stock springs. Need to start working on my engine.

Badges are from Vauxhall Parts World, slow delivery but I suspect that's Vauxhall rather than the company, as the vectra part i ordered recently turned up straight away.

Is that why you leave your wheels an orangey shade of brown Bargi!

Looking great Tom, fantastic colour.
