I see, looks like something you find in a washing machine.

PCV system now working.
Slightly better view.
Diagram:
It's not pretty by any means, but it'll work. I'm going to get some nylon braiding to put over the PCV hose to make it look less bodgetastic

Good work.
(though not actually the pcv, as that's in your engine, but the rocker cover breather)

Yeah, that was a pretty quick sketch. Technically the entire system is the pcv, but you're right, I've labeled the rocker vent wrongGood work. (though not actually the pcv, as that's in your engine, but the rocker cover breather)

I'll be taking a dremel to my fuel tank access hatch soon to fit all of the above. There's been pretty heated discussion over the impact on the structural integrity. Firstly, it's minimal as anyone with a hint of engineering awareness should know that the strength of a structure is carried on the edge rather than the face. Secondly, I've found that Lotus enlarge the fuel tank access hatch from the factory for the later cars (photo is from an Exige V6)

I like your handbrake gaiter and surround.

A mere £180 if you want it: https://www.deroure....&SMO=0&ST=&SC=0 (items 18 and 24)

Stuff that!
My thoughts exactly. I could just about tolerate £58 for the leather gaiter, however £120 for the bezel is pretty shocking.

Fuel system
Pump:
DW65a - direct replacement for the OEM pump. Same filter size, same attachment, no need to solder any wires. Turbine impeller so should be much quieter than the Walbro 255
Flow chart:
Filter
Bosch unit with AN6 adaptors. Can retain original installation location.

Replaced with stainless steel overbraided PTFE lines. Would strongly recommend use of PTFE rather than rubber as PTFE won't degrade.
PTFE lines means it's almost impossible to implement with JGs layout.
I oped for 90 degree quick fit connectors as shown here;

Yup.. And they won't 'sweat' fuel so you won't get that constant slight background whiff of petrol as is common with rubber hoses.
Bye, Arno.
